Our Story

PRITESH PATEL :

PRITESH PATEL, an enthusiastic youth dedicated towards achieving his goal of attaining a meaningful job and giving a better life to his family, was trained at the Sundargarh Centre of Sudakshya. Upon completion of his graduation, he was striving for excellence in the competitive examinations and Sudakshya turned out to be that facilitating platform for him. The training program aided him in not only creating his own identity, but revolutionised with holistic behaviour and personality.
Through the extensive 3 months training, he was able to enhance with academic skills through a conceptual understanding of the subjects, which eliminated his fear of Quantitative Aptitude in specific. The physical training through ex-Servicemen helped the development of his skills and on ground performance. He was thankful to his teachers for mentoring him in the right direction, helping him manage his time and resources with required strategy to be adopted for clearing the applied examinations. Through the activities-based learning he was able to improve his communication skills and confidence, which were greatly helpful during the stages of his examination.
Today, being able to adorn the uniform and serve the nations by joining the Border Security Force, by excelling the Constable (General Duty) Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, and Riflemen (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, conducted by Staff Selection Commission of Government of India, he has not only made his community proud, but also has added feather on to our cap.
He is greatly thankful to the District Administration for devising this earnest initiative that is bringing a positive change in the life of many youths. He advices all his friends and juniors to seek such guidance and stay true towards their Goal.

Deepak Behera :

I am from the Chhendipada block of Angul District. I belong to an agrarian middle-class family and faced difficulty in completing my education.
I never thought I could get the required coaching for clearing the competitive Examination,but the competitive examination coaching organized by District Mineral Foundation,Angul, and Niyatee Foundation, helped me get closer to my dream.I got appointed in the Central Reserve Police Force after successfully completing competitive examination coaching.I can today support my family as well as serve in the job I have desired. Laxmikanta Behera:

I am from the Chhendipada block of Angul District. I belong to a middle-class family and my father is a farmer.
After successful completion of competitive examination coaching at Niyatee Foundation under the initiative of District Mineral Foundation,Angul,I got my dream fulfilled by getting appointed in CRPF. Now I can financially support my family and I am happy with my job. Due to training,I could clear the Competitive Examination to get my desired job, and I recommended my friends to undertake this training program.

NUTAP BEHERA:

Nutap Behera, belonging to the Gangajal village of Kutra Block, was trained under the First Batch of Sudakshya and is placed as Junior Revenue Assistant in ITDA, Sundargarh. The son of a proud farmer father, his mother is an Anganwadi Supervisor and two sisters, who were married in early age due to financial difficulties. With the motivation to uplift the economic status of his family, Nutap has always determined on his dream to get a job in the public sector that would ensure sustainable income. To ensure he attains the desirable qualification to achieve his dream, he assisted his father in the agricultural work and also took a short-term job, so as to accumulate enough resources to support his education. But witnessing the increasing competitiveness of the competitive examinations for the Public sector jobs, proper guidance and handholding assistance in the right direction was his only need, which was fulfilled by Sudaskhya. With subject-wise conceptual clarity and rigorous assessments, he was able to streamline his preparation in the right direction and attain the job of his choice. He is thankful to the District Administration and District Mineral Foundation for initiating this humble opportunity.

Laxmipriya Sahoo :

This organization significantly impacts students' lives by giving hope for tomorrow with the help of quality training and placement. One of their success stories is the journey of Laxmipriya Sahoo, a bright and resilient girl who overcame adversity to pursue her dreams. Laxmi Priya Sahoo, born into a lower-middle-class family, faced numerous challenges that could have hindered her educational journey& finding a job post her education. However, with the support of the Niyatee Foundation, Laxmipriya received formal training and developed a passion for empowering her career.
Laxmipriya's story reflects the transformative power of skilled training in breaking the chains of 'Girls should be at home'. Through the Niyatee Foundation's intervention, Laxmipriya gained skilled training knowledge and acquired essential life skills, including confidence, communication, and critical thinking. The training provided her with the skills and knowledge she needed, but it also did something even more profound-it ignited a sense of self-belief. Her journey began in a small village where opportunities were limited, and dreams often remained unfulfilled. However, she was determined to break free from the constraints that held her back. When she joined the training program, she brought with her not just hope but a fierce resolve to change her circumstances.
Reflecting on her achievements, Laxmipriya shares her thoughts on this pivotal moment in her life:
"I am extremely grateful for the support and training from Niyatee Foundation and WSC. Getting this job at Quess Crop (SBI Card) as a BRE (Branch Relationship Executive). This has opened up new opportunities for me and my family. I feel empowered and self-dependent to contribute to our household and support my family, too. This journey has taught me the value of hard work, and I am excited to continue growing in my career."

PRATIMA SETHI :

PRATIMA SETHI Daughter of a farmer from Nayagarh district. Found difficult in continuing with her studies due to financial problem of the family. That didn't dampened her spirit of pursuing her career and she took training in " Beauty and wellness" under support from ONGC. On completion of the training she started her own establishment and she has earning very good amount. Also she has provide employment to 3 staff. She has proven how lack of finance and social barrier cannot stop a girl to fulfil her ambition.

Kanhucharan manjhi

Kanhucharan Manjhi from Hariharpur village was seeking training at Niyatee foundation, Keonjhar. Now working at Orissa OS Office 2nd SS Battalion. Now he is independent and able to lead a good life. Gouri Padhi:

Gouri padhi from danagadi, Jajpur district is successfully working in Inspavo Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd from last few years. She has acquired a respective post and success in both her professional and personal life. For her achievement, she gives the admiration to the ADVANCED IT course led by TATASTEEL and implemented by NIYATEE FOUNDATION.She is happy and grateful to have gone through our skill training for her success.


ASHOK DALAI:

ASHOK DALAI son of daily worker in puri dist. was unable to get a job after completion of MSW. He got enrolled in "Computer Hardware Assistance " with support of DDU GKY under ORMAS component. On completion of the training he was placed in a Company at Bhubaneswar. Now he is able to support her family and has become role model in her village.

MAA SHAKTI SHG(BAMBOO CRAFT WORK):

MAA SHAKTI SELF HELP GROUP was established on 26/11/2016 on behalf of NIYATEE FOUNDATION in WARD NO-66, Raghunath Nagar, Dumduma.In a meeting by NIYATEE FOUNDATION, people expressed their interest for formation of SHG. Within two days, SHG was formed by observing the norms prescribed for the same and opened accounts in the banks i.e. ODISHA GRAMYA BANK. Our organisation led training programme for them on savings, receiving loan and repayment working process & marketing etc and they started their business which brought them good profit and a magnificent change has come in their financial condition with stability. All the members along with the president of the SHGs have expressed their sincere thanks & gratitude to the NIYATEE FOUNDATION.

The members of MAA SHAKTI SHG with the help of NIYATEE FOUNDATION participated in the SISIRA SARAS FAIR arranged at BBSR& opened a stall of bamboo craft. The products of the group were sold there and they received a lot of profit. NIYATEE FOUNDATION is always encouraging & assisting them in several ways for sale of their products.

KANHA SHG(ARSA PITHA.):

Niyatee foundation helped in formation of KANHA SHG in ward no -65, Bhubaneswar. It comprises of 10 members. The story behind this is that few people with weak economical condition came together and joined hands to start a business with Orissa's heritage "arsa pitha" and NIYATEE FOUNDATION thrown the light on their path to accomplish this with SHG formation.

Now they are able to manage good recurring source of income by selling arsa pitha's. Their feedback is so good that everyday their demand in market is growing. They have changed their life and each day they are becoming more successful and inspiration for many of us.
